Lackawaxen's Service Bundles are for residential customers only and require approved credit and a current account. Service Bundles require a one-year, signed service commitment. A $250 termination fee applies to early cancellation. Service bundles include specific, pre-determined services and features. Additional features can be added at standard rates. However, substitution of features or services is not permitted, nor does deactivation of individual features or services reduce the overall price of the bundle. Some calling features require feature-enabled equipment that must be supplied by the customer. High-Speed Internet service is subject to availability and may not be available in all areas. Advertised download and upload speeds are the maximums for the chosen service. Actual speeds are subject to a variety of customer equipment and network conditions. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed. Performance of high-speed Internet access may vary due to conditions outside of Lackawaxen’s network. Long Distance minutes are only available on your primary phone line for residential voice usage and exclude 900, international, directory assistance, and calls outside the continental United States. Calls in these categories will be billed in addition to the base bundle price and will be listed on the monthly bill. Long distance call detail information for the base minutes of monthly use that are included in the service bundle will not be presented on the monthly customer bill. Minutes of use in excess of the base minutes included in the service bundle will be shown on the monthly bill statement. Service Bundles require a PIC freeze on the telephone line associated with the bundle. Installation options and situations for service bundles vary, and non-recurring installation charges may apply. Applicable federal and state taxes, surcharges and fees, will be listed separately on the monthly bill. These charges are in addition to the service bundle price, and subject to change without notice during the term of the agreement. Applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees, are based on non-promotional, standard monthly rates. Lackawaxen Telecommunications Services may cancel services or substitute similar services at its sole discretion without notice. Other restrictions may apply.

In addition to the Terms & Conditions above, customers with Service Bundles that include Internet Access are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Lackawaxen's Internet End User Agreement.
